Dear David, The La Juive in Paris is a brand new production (thank the Lord!), directed by Piere Audi, which should make for some fine/controversial/interesting (according to taste) minimalist interpretation. He is rather into the personal dynamics of opera so I expect at least a lot of cuts in the choruses (but that was only to be expected, right??...). A friend of mine is a singer with the Paris opera studio, but he could not (yet) give any more details on completeness. Btw, Bruno, I am thinking of going to Paris for La Juive, but it would be the first weekend of March. I'll let you know. Kindest to all, Joost
