Well, this is very sad - lots of spam contaminating this site so soon after re-opening! Martina Franca have announced their 2007 season - unfortunately no Meyerbeer, and no bel canto AT ALL! Oh well. The operas are something by composer "Sarro", the original French version of Strauss' Salome, and a double bill of odd verismo: Giordano's Marcella and Mascagni's Amica. Bummer.
