Herold's Zampa will be performed at Paris Opera Comique in March 08, conducted by William Christie, and then in Caen. for more information, visit the OC site : www.opera-comique.com. Although Berlioz'a opinion on Zampa was very bad, Zampa is for me one of the very best french operas of the 1st half of XIXth century. Excellent revival !
